Our aim is to make you be engaged with the real world in different way by using your mobile device, to experience the awesome feature of Augmented Reality and how it can help you to get what you need in a new fashion, and to enrich your life with useful stuff.



What is Augmented Reality (AR)?

Augmented Reality (AR) is taking digital or computer generated information, whether it be images, audio, video, 3D models, and touch or haptic sensations and overlaying them over in a real-time environment or real world.



What is Sarab?

The name Sarab is an arabic word which means mirage, something that you see on flat areas such as the desert, the mirage is something like imagination that doesn’t exist in reality but you see it in the real world.

We named this app as Sarab to be very close to the meaning of Augmented Reality (AR), where AR has the same concept of mirage on adding contents over a real physical item.



How Sarab App can help you?

- You can find places around you and have useful information about it.

- You can see selected places in 360 degree panoramic view to have a good feeling of the place.

- You can see products and ads with more details in a format of live information, images, videos and 3D models.

- You can interact with the AR contents to have good understanding of a product or a service before acquiring it.



How Sarab App works?

After installing Sarab app on your mobile device, you simply run it then the camera directly opens after the splash screen, you wait for the progress bar to complete loading the information of places around you, where it will be shown over the camera view as marks and bubbles that contains minor information of the places; by clicking on the bubble of a place, it will load the detailed information of your selection.

Moreover, you will see buttons beneath on your mobile screen to open another camera view for scanning an object such as a product, magazine and so on, which is already defined in the Sarab App, and there’s a button for instant preview of a defined AR content without scanning an object, also there’s a button to view the real place in 360 degree and to preview it by moving around using your mobile device.
